In person

Food

We’ll provide food and coffee both days for in-person attendees, through Sunday dinner after demos.

Compute credits

In-person attendees each get their first $200 in compute costs reimbursed (e.g., model APIs, cloud costs, or a Claude/Codex subscription). Keep your receipts, and we’ll explain how to reimburse them at kickoff.

Online

Submissions are due Sunday at 5:00pm PT for everyone, and online participants are eligible for every prize.

  • Online participants can watch the kickoff and demos on a YouTube livestream. The link will be posted in #announcements on Saturday morning.
  • Use #online to coordinate, and #find-teams to find teammates.
  • Feel free to get started early.

Data

We’ll give everyone access to the AI Village database, or feel free to use other real-world multi-agent data. Also note that your project needn’t involve direct transcript analysis.

Submitting

Submit by Sunday at 5:00pm PT using the submission form. One submission per team. You’ll need:

  • A short write-up or video explaining your project
  • A link to a GitHub repo with your code
  • Optionally, a write-up of real results you found using your tool
  • The names and emails of everyone on your team

In-person teams demo from 6:00 to 7:00pm PT on Sunday, about two minutes each, livestreamed. Demos run from one shared computer, so make sure your project is pushed to GitHub before then.

Judging and prizes

$3,000 in prizes across the top five projects: $1,200 for first, $800 for second, $500 for third, and $250 each for fourth and fifth.

Online and in-person teams are judged the same way. A panel of Grove Research and AI Village staff will review submissions. Decisions will be announced roughly a week after the hackathon.
